ART. 1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "pkr939" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pkr939.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on pkr939 and accesses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personalised registered profile created by a Player on pkr939.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr939 website, gaming interface, sportsbook, cashier, and all associated digital services collectively.
• "Real-Money Games" refers to any casino game, slot, dice game, Sic Bo table, or sports betting market accessible via pkr939 where real PKR funds are wagered.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole transactional currency accepted on pkr939.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, including CNIC submission and document review required before real-money transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free spin value, or cashback credited to a Player's account under a pkr939 promotion.

ART. 2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkr939 platform — whether by registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the lobby — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pkr939 platform and close your account. Continued use of pkr939 after any published amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ART. 3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr939 enforces a hard age restriction of 21+ in line with responsible gaming standards and does not permit access to real-money games by anyone below this age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are registering only one account for your personal use. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where access to pkr939 would therefore constitute a legal offence on your part.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of pkr939 or any of its affiliated companies.

4. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money games on pkr939, you must complete the registration process and pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The following conditions apply to all pkr939 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pkr939 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balance in the duplicate account may be voided.
• Accurate information: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani CNIC number, and a current contact number and email address during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delays in support resolution or bonus eligibility.

ART. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr939 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. pkr939 does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or third-party e-wallets.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for standard amounts to verified JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallets.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to pkr939's anti-money laundering policy.
• No third-party payments: pkr939 does not accept deposits from, or issue withdrawals to, accounts belonging to third parties. All payment accounts must be registered in the same name as the pkr939 account.
• Transaction fees: pkr939 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which pkr939 bears no responsibility.

ART. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr939 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only participate in one active bonus promotion at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by pkr939.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse prevention: pkr939 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified Players. pkr939 reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to Players meeting defined criteria including deposit history, account age, or geographic location.

ART. 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all real-money gaming and sports betting activity on pkr939:

• Minimum and maximum wagers: Each game and betting market on pkr939 displays its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits apply per round or per selection and cannot be exceeded.
• Bet acceptance: For sports betting markets, pkr939 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where odds were published in error or where a bet appears to exploit a pricing mistake.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered after the bet was placed, or where the game experienced a technical malfunction during the round.
• RNG certification: All casino games on pkr939 use a certified Random Number Generator audited by an independent third-party testing laboratory. Outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by pkr939 or by any Player.
• Disconnection policy: If a Player's internet connection is interrupted mid-round, pkr939's server-side game state records will determine the outcome of that round. Disconnection does not void a wager already placed.
• Currency: All wagers are placed and settled in PKR. There is no currency conversion on pkr939; the balance displayed is the balance available for wagering.

ART. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr939 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, CNIC, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Employing any form of software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or betting markets.
• Colluding with other Players, including in live dealer games or poker formats, to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other Players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation using the pkr939 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes without reporting them to pkr939 support. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error may be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pkr939 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

ART. 9 Responsible Gaming

pkr939 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are in place for all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: pkr939 provides optional session time reminders that notify Players at defined intervals during extended gaming sessions.
• Cool-off periods: Players may apply a temporary cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from their account settings. During a cool-off period, the account remains accessible for withdrawals only.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from pkr939 may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration chosen and cannot be reversed at the Player's unilateral request.

ART. 10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr939 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any pkr939 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use any pkr939 trademark, trade name, or brand asset in any form without explicit written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pkr939 software or game.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror the pkr939 platform or any portion of its content on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of pkr939 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by pkr939.

ART. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr939 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary decision to wager on pkr939, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sports betting results, or bonus expiry.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure in platform availability caused by factors outside pkr939's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkr939 platform.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other payment provider.

ART. 12 Privacy & Data

pkr939 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pkr939 collects only the minimum data required for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. pkr939 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. ART. 13 Account Suspension & Termination

pkr939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmation or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Article 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Detection of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pkr939 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

ART. 14 Amendments to Terms

pkr939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations as a Player — pkr939 will provide at least 7 days' notice via a notification displayed on the platform or sent to your registered email address.

Non-material amendments, such as clarifications of existing language, correction of typographical errors, or updates to formatting, may be made without prior notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision date.

Your continued use of the pkr939 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

ART. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the pkr939 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr939 holds its international gaming license, as detailed on the About Us page.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkr939, you agree to first contact pkr939 support to seek an informal resolution. The majority of queries and complaints are resolved within 5 business days through the support channel. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by pkr939's gaming license authority.

pkr939 maintains full records of all gaming activity, transaction history, and account communications. In the event of any discrepancy between a Player's records and pkr939's server-side records, pkr939's records shall be the definitive reference, except in cases of demonstrated system error.
